He was the son of Charles Lyman Eustis and was born in Dixfield, ME., April 20, 1848.
Mr. Eustis came to Minneapolis in the fall of 1872 where, with his twin brother, George B. Eustis, he established at 234 Nicollet Ave. the first jewelry store south of Washington Av. Following the trend of business development, they moved their store successively to Fourth St., Sixth St., and then to Seventh St. Of recent years he had been identified with S. Jacobs & Company.
