• He worked in 1746-1781 as a silversmith in Boston MA although the inventory of his estate, done by Benjamin Pierpont and Joseph Loring, indicates a prosperous business, only a dozen or so pieces have been found with his mark. ⁹

• His obituary was published in the Boston Gazette after 24 Aug 1781 in Boston MA. Listing him as one of four people drowned in Boston Harbor while returning from fishing in a canoe. ⁹
