James Harvey Hart, retired and one time prominent jeweler of Brooklyn, died of pneumonia Thursday night, it was learned today, at the age of 94.
Mr. Hart, who for more than half a century lived in his house at 1 S Elliott pl., was owner of a great deal of property in the Bushwick section. He was a member of the Lafayette Presbyterian Church. The funeral will be private.
